We have nothing but good to say about our experiences with Metro Property Management. Peter and his team have been excellent to deal with. All are very friendly, approachable, professional and very knowledgable. They were able to select a great tenant for our property who took very good care of it.This gave us peace of mind. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for someone to manage their property. A special shout to Bonnie who was there for us anytime we needed to make contact with her.
Would not prorate my lease meaning I had to choose between paying double rent or not having a place to live in for a night. THEN charged me for the next month's rent anyways despite vacating the property and has no one off hours to try to fix this except an AI agent Are they really too cheap to have an off hours property manager like other companies?
This is the first time I’ve ever dealt with property management company and I have been blown away. Everyone I’ve had to deal with: Keeley, Susan, Shona, and Brenda have all been nothing but amazing to deal and chat with. So quick with responses and getting things done. Very professional and kind group of people.
The Team at Metro Property Management is truly the best! We've been working with them for a few months now and they go above and beyond, with quick customer service. Highly recommend! 5 stars.
