I called to set up appointment for refrigerator cooling issue. He called me back and was willing to come out 7:30 at night. I wasn’t able to be home at that time, so be came out the next day. He diagnosed the issue and suggested to contact manufacturer regarding the warranty on the compressor. He saved me about $1000 on compressor repair cost. The manufacturer did come out to repair it at no cost. He seems pretty fair and honest to me. I’d call him back.

This gentleman was called to service my rental home for an oven. I live in another state and need reliable repairmen to service the home. He kept his appointment. He never called me back for a follow up on the cost. He asked my tenant for her number to set up the appointment with her. That was highly inappropriate. I called the next day and left text messages.
