Courteous, Friendly, Fast, Friendly & my printer worked as good as the day I took it out of the box. Also, when I got it back from Metro Printer Services it looked as good when I took it out of the box.
This is a small family business that did an outstanding job repairing my home office printer. I had first taken the malfunctioning printer elsewhere, but it was not fixed when returned to me. Happily, I found Metro Printer Services, and for a V-E-R-Y reasonable price, they made my printer functional again! They were quick (less than a day), professional, communicative about the issue they found (a jammed scrap of paper deep in the innards), and the tests they ran to make sure the issue had been fixed.
