I'been using their services for quite some time now but I have to share a negatives I experienced recently. First: in the spring I bought some chemicals but later finding out I already had some in the garage from the previous season. When I came back asking to return them, assuming that as a pool maintenance business they should not have a problem utilizing them, they declined. Those were brand new, sealed products.
