The job: Clear standing pipe for washer. The result: Unable to clear drain. Feedback: Very messy and unprepared. Examples. When he tested or demonstrated the pipe was still clogged water overflowed onto the wood floors. He made no effort to dry the floor. He extended the standing pipe; glue and primer everywhere. Our company has never asked a client to buy any parts. If the part is not on our trucks, we will go to the nearest Plumbing Supply House to attain it. All our trucks are fully stocked with purple primer and glue. The prior comment is a complete falsehood.
