We came home to find an inch of water in the kitchen and heading into the living room due to a broken water pipe. METRO came within an hour, found the problem, fixed it and restored my sanity!! These guys are our plumbers for life now! Great company.

Metro plumbing lost my business. I called and got an appointment schedule for in the morning. I was told I would be second person on their schedule. The day of my appointment I got no call no show. Approximately at 1:30pm I called them back and told them that I hadn't received a phone call or anybody show up. The lady apologized to me on the phone. To me that's not good enough. They wasted my time and money made for missing work because now I have to schedule something again and take more time off.
