Metro plumbing lost my business. I called and got an appointment schedule for in the morning. I was told I would be second person on their schedule. The day of my appointment I got no call no show. Approximately at 1:30pm I called them back and told them that I hadn't received a phone call or anybody show up. The lady apologized to me on the phone. To me that's not good enough. They wasted my time and money made for missing work because now I have to schedule something again and take more time off.

We have used Metro plumbing several times. Each time they are reasonable in cost, come promptly without having to wait, and don't try to upsell for things we don't need. Chad Sams was our service provider both times and did an excellent job.

Theyre great about call backs and scheduling service requests. However, I've had to have them come out multiple times, in some instances for the same issue! I use them because the builder of my new build is contracted with them. Otherwise, I would not, nor do I recommend.
