Never normally leave reviews, especially bad ones, but needed this to be highlighted. After a few delays in fitting the original system, all seemed great. The following week, boiler lost water pressure. Tried to reach out multiple times to installer with no reply. Manged to put pressure back in myself, and following week pressure dropped again. Again tried to contact installer, with no reply. Manged to get the system working myself (mid winter). With also no reply when boiler was up for service. Now 3 years on (whole system ... read more

Mike came late the same evening when we had a plumbing emergency. He was professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. He did a temporary fix which held well. Kieran cam the next day and did a fantastic job sorting a new stopcock and getting our taps working again. He was friendly too. All in all a brilliant job!

Thanks to Kieran for sorting out an inaccessible mains water leak in the corner of my lounge. He was very efficient and professional at identifying the problem and rectifying it with the least amount of damage. Thank you MetroPlumb for a quick response.
