Cassandra took my daughter's vision and put it into a perfect pin for her Beta Competition. The first pins to arrive were not completed with the "pin" on the back. I contacted them and they made sure I received a completed pin before my deadline. They have been nothing but helpful in our experience and I could not recommend them enough.
