Great experience at Metro Mohegan Lake. James is excellent PT. He gently guides and pushes you to build your strength and flexibility. I feel very fortunate to work with him and feel myself getting back to normal each and everyday.
James is wonderful. He helped me get my strength back in my foot after I had surgery. The staff is very helpful and kind. I highly recommend Metro Physical Therapy and would definitely use them again.
Wonderful friendly staff who push you to improve your physical health and wellbeing, the last therapist James really helped me and highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a quality, clean and knowledgeable staff.
