Thanks ed an staff working together they really made recovery possible after a mini stroke in a couple of months my left knee was giving me problems walking and doing daily functions and now with a routine an guidance they always gave me the tools to succeed, a really nice family atmosphere friendly bunch very welcoming. I would recommend this for anybody’s recovery.
I have been seen at Metro physical therapy in West Babylon for multiple conditions over the last year. I have always been treated promptly, professionally and kindly in the office. . I have also been sent home with printouts of exercises to maintain my care at home - It is a very clean space and everyone there is very good. I worked with Jade all of the times I have been there; however , she has since gone to another office. All of the other physical therapists seem wonderful too
I've been to W. Babylon facility in 2024 and returned for different problem this year, 2025. The care, cleanliness and effective concern of all personnel, especially Director Dr. Kelly Bender and Occupational Therapist, Meghan McHugh, are amazing! I would give a 10-star rating if available! I just finished about 10 sessions with Jade. She was AMAZING. I came in with shoulder issues and her and her staff took great care of me. Every session was slightly different than the last. If I could give her a million stars I would. They were very compassionate and professional.
My mom receives PT here with Kelly. Everyone here, especially Kelly, is amazing. My mom is 93 and really improving her balance and walking. Thank you Kelly for your patience and kindness.
