My first experience with Physical therapy is metro PT center and Hera was my therapist who initially evaluated and prescribed exercises. Hera was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and a very good listener to my concerns as a patient .After the first session my neck muscle spasm has significantly reduced and I really give full credit to my therapist Hera for my symptom reduction. My physical therapist, Hera, has been amazing. With her knowledgeable guidance and encouraging & energetic demeanor, I have experienced incredible results. After 4 months working together I am now pain free and so much stronger. I am so grateful to her for all of her help and support. In addition, all of the staff at the Plainview location are super friendly and supportive . I’ve been very happy with my experience and highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent physical therapy services.
I walked into physical therapy and I couldn’t walk. Dr. Hera Rehan has gotten me back on my feet, literally. She is kind, compassionate, thinks outside the box, and is very patient. She’s the best!
Herra and her team go above and beyond with their care. Their attention to detail stands out compared to other therapy places I have been to. They pay close attention to the needs of their patients and create a safe fun environment as well as being creative with their treatment plans, keeping up with new technologies and research. The staff are all very polite and welcoming. Would definitely recommend them!
Both my mom and I have received treatment from Hera at the Plainview Metro PT location. My mother, who is in her late 60's had great experiences with Hera and Dara, another therapist at the clinic. Hera is extremely personable and knowledgeable, as are her other therapists. I have seen several PT's at other clinics, but no one compares to Hera.
