The staff at Metro in Plainview is amazing!!!, especially Dara who does occupational therapy. Dara worked on my hand, specifically my right ring finger and was able to relieve the stiffness and restore my range of motion. Definitely recommend.
I had a great experience with my physical therapist, Gabriella, in Plainview. She was incredibly understanding and always took the time to listen to any concerns. She treated everyone with respect and created a welcoming, comfortable environment during every session. Her supportive approach made a big difference in my overall experience, and I truly appreciated the care and professionalism she showed.
I love my OT Dara she is great. I have been going for my wrist and she has been working on it and I feel stronger
Never thought I'd enjoy going to Physical Therapy so much, lol. Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy in Plainview is small but mighty and everyone there knows their stuff! Hera, Gabby and Rutuja are wonderful PTs, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and caring. Assistants Alex and Ethan are wonderful too and always there to help, demonstrate techniques and answer any questions. I'm very thankful my doctor referred me to them:)
Walking into the Plainview facility is like walking into Cheers. Everyone always greets you. Gabby is my physical therapist. Magician is more like it. When I began therapy I was in really bad shape. I had dislocated my shoulder and injured my neck in a car accident. Today I have full range of motion back. My strength is about 90 percent back. Gabby works miracles an my shoulder and neck and always makes it fun. I highly recommend Metro Physical Therapy and Gabby.
