Dan and the crew here are awesome! Super knowledgeable, clear with directions and purpose behind each exercise. Literally the best I’ve felt in a long time with my back pain. Metro in Oakdale has the right vibe!
I've been to many PT clinics, but METRO PT in Oakdale is bar far the best physical therapy clinic I've ever been to. The therapist and assistants there are all great, and they take no shortcuts in getting you back to your old self. I highly recommend my therapist, Jake, and his assistant, Kyle >>they are both the best, and they pay close attention to your care.
Metro PT in Oakdale is a fantastic place for physical therapy because the staff is supportive, experienced, and works with you while also making you feel comfortable. They follow protocol by putting your recovery on a manageable scale. I do not believe I could have recovered from my injury at the same level if I did not go to Metro PT on Oakdale.
