This is my 2nd go round using METRO PT in Ronkonkoma having previously used them in August of 2024 to help with torn ligaments in my left ankle after a bad fall!! Working with both Ms.Sam Dorisa & Ms.Haley Dennerlein these 2 ladies had me on the mend in no time. So there was no doubt that I would go back for pt on my (R) knee revision surgery that I had in Nov.2025 I will admit this go around is a lot tougher but working with these 2 ladies again I will get there !!! Sam and her crew are fantastic!
I started my physical therapy with Haley for a broken hip, and she had been professional, caring, and attentive. She listens to how I’m feeling during treatment and makes thoughtful suggestions about when to increase my exercises. The facility is also very clean, which makes the experience even better. I highly recommend Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy.
Today was my last day at PT it felt like leaving family. The support I received both emotionally and physically was overwhelming. I would not be doing so well after my Rotator cuff surgery, without this group of true professionals. From the receptionist (Estee) to Haley, Sam, Yasmine Excellent therapists . Let’s not forget Tom who everyday gives more than 100% to assisting the therapists and patients. A great team of professionals. Good listeners and positive people Highly recommend!
Haley helped me recover from my foot and ankle injury. I could not have asked for a more supportive, friendly PT. She made going to PT fun, and she always welcomed me with a smile. Both Tom and Haley explained all the exercises so I could do them at home in order to speed up my recovery. I recommend Metro PT to anyone who needs a place to recover.
