I came to Metro having pain I had never experienced before. Naimi listened to my problems and made a plan to get rid of my pain. She was kind and caring and always made sure I was comfortable with anything I was doing. Now weeks later, I no longer have any pain. I can’t recommend Metro and Naimi enough.
Naimi shah was a great physical therapist that listened to me and really helped me through my exercises. Making appointments were easy and the place is very clean with an amazing staff. 10/10

I have Been a pt patient in many practices for many years, but I have Truly found a gem in Naimi the head of the practice in Hewlett She and her staff are respectful, kind, caring and on top of their game. As far as the quality of service….fantastic. They do a lot of manual work trying to help relieve those knots and tissues that get stuck. They work to make the schedule work for you and they check in before you get started to make sure they know what’s going on. Hands down 5 stars!!
I have HSD, and Yehuda is the first physical therapist where I finally feel like I’m making real progress. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to actually listen and understand what I’m experiencing. Every session feels personalized, and he’s very encouraging without ever pushing me past what’s safe for my body. I finally feel hopeful about my rehab thanks to his care. Highly recommend!
