BEWARE!! Although some of the therapists are concerned and good at their job, the billing office is unethical and deceitful. I went here after hip replacement and Medicare covered my initial visits. However, when my secondary NYSHIP was going to start paying Metro said that they would not accept NYSHIP as a secondary—-claiming they were having difficulty collecting from them. Outstanding physical therapy place, both for aquatic PT and regular PT. The staff is great, and the therapist’s are knowledgeable and kind. They work you hard but you see results. The best PT place ever.
