BEWARE!! Although some of the therapists are concerned and good at their job, the billing office is unethical and deceitful. I went here after hip replacement and Medicare covered my initial visits. However, when my secondary NYSHIP was going to start paying Metro said that they would not accept NYSHIP as a secondary—-claiming they were having difficulty collecting from them. Outstanding physical therapy place, both for aquatic PT and regular PT. The staff is great, and the therapist’s are knowledgeable and kind. They work you hard but you see results. The best PT place ever.

Very unprofessional! They didn't tell me my visits were up until that same day and sabotage my worker's comp case for no reason. is it because I'm black?

The staff is amazing, very professional, hard working and truly care. Went to a previous office and the therapist never put hands on me. Here the therapist are hands on, pushing you to your limits and ensuring maximum medical improvement. I would recommend this facility above all others.
Was able to complete my PT there after knee replacement surgery doing aquatic therapy. Wonderful therapists, especially Raquel. And the place is run very well. They were absolutely scrupulous with their safety and disinfectant practices. I felt very safe.
