The staff themselves are great. Always willing to give you suggestions or look up whether one med will interact with another. The issue is, the last few months anytime I call it says the person Im dialing is not available. However they can call me but when I call back (in the afternoon or evening usually) it gives me this msg. Its almost like the phone is either turned off or off the hook.
