This pharmacy is outstanding in every way, from their deep expertise in medications and healthcare to their exceptional customer service. Every interaction has been marked by patience, kindness, and genuine courtesy. They consistently take the time to help and make sure everything is clearly understood, which makes the experience feel both professional and personal.
We changed to this pharmacy because of delivery. They have the worst del drivers i hv ever encountered! They speak i believe either Hindi or Arabic and cannot read GPS directions. Then I gave up and went bk to cvs. I hv been in rx blk hole for @ a wk. Metro doesn't seem to know how to use a fax machine, a computer or a telephone!!! Save yourself some anxiety, even though cvs is also a nightmare, metro is by far worse!
