Cobourg Metro Pharmacy has the Best customer service over five Pharmacies I have shop in over my 73 years of life. Including one major pharmacy in Ontario. Dr. Quan and the staff is friendly and very informative. I like the convenience of dropping off prescription and getting it filled awhile I do my shopping. As a family we have been customers at many pharmacies in Ontario and without a doubt this is the best pharmacy we have encountered. The customer service from the pharmacists is excellent. Prashant recently went way above and beyond in customer service. In the process of being discharged from the hospital and needing medications, he called to clarify a prescription that had been sent to Metro before I left the hospital. The medication was not available at Metro, so he then found a different local pharmacy that had the medication that was required.
