The staff and Vet are very nice. But how they the manage the business side is poor. All scheduled appointments have to be 2 weeks out. Which isn't helpful when your pet is experiencing issues that isn't an emergency, but certainly can't wait for 2 weeks either. They expect all new patients to pay $80 upfront just to scheduled an appointment. Along with a laundry list of other things. They're more focused on not being "screwed over" than pet care.
We love Dr. Savage and the team here. They are wonderful to Matilda, my dog, and are so supportive. They are always realistic about costs and what services are absolutely necessary verses which would be nice to have.
