only has 1 line to the business and it goes to a fax; never get an answer unless I am lucky... What's up Metro PCS... in Rockmart, you cannot afford a second line????????

Sold me a broke phone and when i went in to replace it, being that it was still with in the first 30 days one of the male employees told me that it isn't there problem and that i had to go to corporate. I bought the phone from this metro pcs so why would i have to go get it replaced through corporate??? Then he began lying to me as if all consumers are idiot's. I took his advice though and called corporate, but it wasn't for a phone.....they need to close this place down

This store has the worst manager(Ray) I have ever encountered. After one of the stores employees made an error the store owed us a store credit. When we returned for this store credit "Ray" acted very rude. When I started talking to another male employee he belittled him and yelled at him in front of the store saying, I am the manager you don't talk!! It was humiliating for this poor man. It was so uncomfortable. He obviously has no ethics and his business demeanor is shady at least. Take your business to another store.
