If they sell you something defective, especially a defective acessory, you will NOT get a refund!!! I just found that out today; $25 for a charger, it doesn't work and I can't even get an exchange much less a refund!!! I've had enough of the crappy equipment accessories and customer service; time for me to find another provider.
