They should have a big huge sign on their forehead that says in big bold letters that there is no refund on the phone you're purchasing. literally if it sucks you're stuck with it Staff is not knowledgeable with the phones, when asked they simply say let me look it up, as if I couldn't Google it myself. Hola buenas noches mi persona fue a la tienda hoy metro by T-Mobile Mowry a agregar a una línea a mi cuñado, ya que yo soy cliente de metro hace 3 años y quería que me ayudaran a agregar a mi cuñado a mi línea para pagar menos y al resultar mi cuñado pagaba 60 dólares por mes y el empleado Dylan me subió más el precio al resultar que me iba a cobrar 65 por mes de su línea y el pagaba cada 25 de cada mes y solo se pasaron 13 días y me cobraron 56.60 dólares extra y me enojo por que yo soy fiel a metro y iba a cancelar mis pla... read more
