Was lied to by the overweight lady with glasses who works there. Went there to get a new phone (iPhone 16 Pro Max) and was quoted $1590. I specifically asked how much was it without accessories (charger, case, screen protector, etc…) she lied and said all of those accessories were free and came with the phone so the 1590 was the only price. So you guys train your employees to lie and then force customers to not use their credit cards so they can’t dispute your fraudulent charges. You jumped a $1199 phone to $1590. The customer service at this location is top tier. The manager, Jesse, is always so kind helpful and patient. I have never had a bad experience here. Today I came in and was helped by Asa, he was also very kind and helpful. Love the kindness of the staff at this location!!!
