Went in and talked to a super-friendly guy who quoted me one price to fix my phone. He did say that he would verify the quote with his boss, and follow-up with me. Then, a couple days later, I get a call from some young woman, telling me my phone had been fixed and I would be getting charged $X dollars- this was DOUBLE what I was quoted.
