I just had a major issue with tmobile not giving access to my account because my phone broke. You can only access it 1 way...by text message that they send. How can I recieve a text if my phone isnt connected to the network? The people on the phone were completely useless. After many attempts they said that they can not verify my identity even though simon saw my ID and verified my account pin as they asked. Someone else walked in...needed the same thing! Very good service
Went in looking for a new service provider and phone due to high rates and economy. Met Simon as soon as we came in and he was helping another lady w/ customer service on the phone. He greeted my gf and I and asked how he could help today. We said looking for a cheap phone and a new plan. While helping the other lady he got us a new phone, new #, screen protector, and case all while still helping this lady w/ her issues.
