This is a great location. There used to be a Domino's Pizza here by Zap Zone. I've lived in this area my whole life it's a great town!! The Staff here was polite and friendly and had great customer service skills.
Best metro store I've ever encountered. Yesterday the gentleman there helped with my need and very quickly, didn't even charge for the service and something metro couldn't or didn't help me with over the phone or chat support. I don't care if I only need a charger for my phone I'll travel there
Went there with a friend who ended up buying a Motorola phone for just under $300 with gorilla glass & case. They did NOT buy insurance for the phone. 3 weeks later they dropped it and cracked it. Went back the next day and he sold them the same phone for $160. Knowledgeable & fair, you can't ask for more than that.
This MetroPCS location is an absolute disgrace to the T-Mobile brand. I came in because customer service told me to stop by and verify my ID for a transfer PIN. They told me it would take a couple of hours, then later said their system was down. Meanwhile, one of the employees was activating two phones for another customer right in front of me. Simon at the star helped me out immensely when I came in. set me up on my tablet and I also got Wi-fi, and internet for home. Steven with him along with Simon did an excellent job and I highly recommend this store.
