This place was awesome. Come here for great customer service. You will be treated right by an honest and kind store owner. Simon is going for repeat customers who keep coming back. You can't beat the phone selection, the knowledge and the service.
Jacob was a godsend. He not only helped me fix an issue that another metro location refused to help with. But he also took a look at my plan and helped me make it 40$ cheaper without changing my plan. If you are a customer at this location, ask for Jacob. He will have your back as a customer. Came here to buy a cheap phone! When you're looking for a good phone deal, this location in my opinion offers fair pricing, depending what you're looking for. Impeccable customer service and detailed information when asked about service, phones and/or accessories. I hope that if you do consider stopping in at this location, I hope you have a better experience than I do and you get a even better deal.
