I just had a major issue with tmobile not giving access to my account because my phone broke. You can only access it 1 way...by text message that they send. How can I recieve a text if my phone isnt connected to the network? The people on the phone were completely useless. After many attempts they said that they can not verify my identity even though simon saw my ID and verified my account pin as they asked. Someone else walked in...needed the same thing!
