I was here 2 days in a row. I thought this was the best metro in the area. Day 1 I bought a new phone. Customer service was great with Moe. Go back the second day for another new phone and a galaxy watch. I spent quite a bit of money. I thought the lady at the counter was extremely helpful. Well, she decides to "surprise" us with a new tablet. We didn't ask for it- she just set us up a tablet and said here, since you upgraded your phone, you get an ABSOLUTELY FREE tablet. My phone wasn't working correctly it was talking back to me so I brought it to the store and this lovely young gentleman called Wes helped me and fixed my phone I recommend this store to everyone
The service is horrible here! The lady with the box blond hair and piercings is extremely rude! I will never understand people that get a job doing customer service and just truly hate it! She belongs at McDonald's flipping burgers, because she has no customer service skills at all! Do better!
