The young man didn't seem to know what he was doing and did not understand the questions I was asking. We love our service but customer service is severely lacking.

Lady name Ivey did me right. I talked to her the day before., came in the very next day like she told me. She already knew who I was and had the phone ready and all. She’s very professional with a great attitude. Awesome customer service. I switched my service from Verizon too Metro under a $100. Including a brand new iPhone 12. I would definitely recommend to go see her. I promise she will get you all the way right. Appreciate you again Ivey.. you came through for me. Great price. Even a cheaper phone bill.
