Today April 3,2025 I visited the location 1144 E Broadway in Glendale. A female representative was not helpful she was so confusing and not helpful at all or lazy . She just made a made of my account and was not able to communicate well and fail at completing a task . She claim it was not possible and she kept trying to sell me a phone I DID NOT NEED .
