Today April 3,2025 I visited the location 1144 E Broadway in Glendale. A female representative was not helpful she was so confusing and not helpful at all or lazy . She just made a made of my account and was not able to communicate well and fail at completing a task . She claim it was not possible and she kept trying to sell me a phone I DID NOT NEED . Excellent service Afroz is amazing, most helpful, and knowledgeable, very hard worker.
I had the most placent experience at this location. When you go into any shop or business, it's impossible to know what kind of representative you're going to get. This polite, courteous, knowledgeable, charming young lady was the most helpful and with the willingness to actually help, instead of putting obstacles, making excuses why not to go over the average of assistance.
