giving 1 star is a HUGE overstatement. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. I walked in to have my phone activated since I switched over to another phone and the man working there was literally on a phone call during the whole time!!! He was talking to his wife or something, but he had her on speaker the entire time and was telling me the rates of the activation fee which is normally $15, and he told me it was going to be $26. My daughter's phone got stolen and this was the only Metro PCS store in the Irvine area that actually answered the phone when I was desperately trying to find a Metro PCS store that had her iPhone XR in stock. Sam at this store had it and put it on hold and helped my daughter set it up and get her going again. Total lifesaver! Thanks Sam!!!
