유트브 광고에 한달 사용료 $40 이라고 해서 랜스데일 에 있는 스토아에 갔고 가게안에 $40이란 포스터도 붙혀있어서 한달$40 으로 하겠다 하니까 자꾸만 자꾸만 한달 $50으로 하라는 거예요 나는 $40으로 하겠다 하니까 한달$40은 핸드폰을 사야 한다해서 핸드폰까지 구매해서 집에 왔고, 작은글씨로 박혀있는 영수증에 한달 사용료가 $50으로 계산된것!! 매장에 있는 사람이 보스 인것 같은데 어찌 $10씩이나 올려서 손님을 황당하게 하는지!!?? 내 나이 80 이여서 나를 놀렸나요??? 다시 가서 Cancell 하려니까 힘이드네요 Costumer service 통화하는데 20분씩 들고 기다려야 하고, 난감하네요 ^^

Had a wonderful experience with Habib and Sean at the store in Lansdale today. Both of the salespeople were kind and helpful to my brother to get him a new phone that works. Habib explained to my brother that his old phone had many viruses. He explained that my brother should not click on any ads that he encounters when using his phone. Thank you to both Habib and Sean for their kindness and respect while my brother purchased a new phone with a new number. Awesome service at this store.
