Very very poor customer service, front office is very incompetent, be careful when buying very dishonest company.
Metro Patio & Carport just installed a carport and patio cover for me. Awesome, awesome job! Great service. Great price. My truck no longer has to bake in this blazing heat and I have a nice covered place to sit on my patio. Would definitely recommend them!!!

So I’ve been waiting 6 Months for my carport and called over a dozen times. They are now asking me to call the manufacture myself. I’m not a person who post bad reviews, I really hope this helps people not make the same mistake that I’m making. I was also told that it should take about six weeks and a little longer at the time I paid my deposit.
Team is great...had a carport and pergola built...amazing job!!!
