Damaged my car! The manager on duty peeled out last night when going to park it so I complained. They say they took the keys to the front desk and were to contact me and help me with self parking but i was never informed or given my keys when I complained. This morning no one rushed to give me my keys or tell me they parked my car on the street but when i got it back the back passenger bumper is scraped .. doesn't look like from another car.. looks like from concrete wall.

Wrecked my truck yesterday. Drove cars wildly. This guy told me that they drove his truck with the parking brake on and when they brought me mine the P brake was on too and damage to the rear quater panel. I will be filing a claim.
