Very disappointing experience at Metro Distribution Centre. I had to wait the entire day for unloading, causing a major delay to my schedule. They also failed to record the finish time on the POD. Drivers’ time should be respected, and the unloading process needs significant improvement.
Terrible logistics coordination at this metro location, they have no respect for the companies that bring loads in for them. What’s the point of having a delivery window if you’re going to have drivers sit here all day to deliver? Avoid picking up anything coming here and if you do make sure you don’t schedule your next load. They will have you sitting here for hours. Last time I came here I checked in at 9:30pm didn’t leave till 8:30am.
Very nice people friendly and Quick they have parking space available
Appointment was scheduled for 7:00 AM and it’s already 12:00 PM with no unloading started yet. Appointments here seem meaningless. Extremely poor time management and no respect for drivers’ time. Drivers are left waiting for hours while staff move at their own pace. This kind of delay affects everyone down the line. Very disappointing experience at this Metro facility.
