Waste of time…….whole day I arrived at Metro Ontario at 5:00 AM for a delivery with a scheduled appointment at 10:00 AM. They allowed me to enter the yard at 8:00 AM, but even by 5:00 PM my trailer had still not been unloaded. During the wait, I politely asked a male employee how much longer it would take. He told me that he didn’t know and that I would receive a call when it was my turn. I passed this exact information on to my dispatch company. Metro is by far the worst company to deliver. They do not care about the drivers that come here because they are union and they have rights unlike truck drivers. You will be usually waiting around 4 hours to get offloaded at best. The worst wait times can be around 8-16 hours. Metro has got to fix this problem but as you can see in the comments they don’t acknowledge these reviews and it will be like this forever. Good luck 🤞

Very poor experience. the process is extremely slow and inefficient. Drivers end up waiting for hours, wasting valuable time. They need to improve their unloading process and respect drivers’ time. I would not recommend this place.
