Amazing apartment and service. Very kind staff and welcoming environment.
I lived at Metro on Crown for over two years while completing my studies at Yale, and it was a great experience. The location was perfect and within walking distance of everything I needed, so I rarely had to use my car. The maintenance team was always quick to respond whenever I had an issue, and the leasing office had great communication and was always helpful whenever I had questions. Overall, it was one of the best living experiences I’ve had in New Haven!
I toured the Metro on Crown with Natalie Cooper in March 2026. It is an amazing community - great amenities - especially the gym and rooftop space. I wanted to highlight Natalie's support and guidance as we finalized an apartment as she went above and beyond to answer our queries and find us the perfect apartment! Furthermore, I want to mention how supportive Ashley and Altheda have been with finalizing the documentation to ensure a smooth transition!
Metro on crown Apartments are beautiful! They have different layouts depending on your wants/needs. The sales employee Dave is absolutely the best. There isn’t a question he can’t answer! He is informative and really makes you feel welcome. The amenities in the building are amazing The buildings are clean and secure. I would recommend taking a look for yourself.
Update: 2 years later, I'm still super happy with my decision to move here. Quinteya was a wonderful apartment manager made sure I had everything I needed ready for move in and just friendly helpful throughout my time living here. Paris is super responsive to email when things need fixed in the unit and both of them are just so friendly and kind. Dave is so easy going and always has a smile on his face.
