Metro on crown Apartments are beautiful! They have different layouts depending on your wants/needs. The sales employee Dave is absolutely the best. There isn’t a question he can’t answer! He is informative and really makes you feel welcome. The amenities in the building are amazing The buildings are clean and secure. I would recommend taking a look for yourself.
Update: 2 years later, I'm still super happy with my decision to move here. Quinteya was a wonderful apartment manager made sure I had everything I needed ready for move in and just friendly helpful throughout my time living here. Paris is super responsive to email when things need fixed in the unit and both of them are just so friendly and kind. Dave is so easy going and always has a smile on his face. Very well maintained, high quality apartments. Never had any issues at all. Great location in downtown New Haven. Lived here years!

We've lived in the 301 George St building for about a year and a half and it has been a great experience! The units are well appointed, the management very responsive, and the neighbors are problem-free. There are always hits and misses with apartment living, but Metrostar really does seem to care. Dave who manages the leasing side has been a pleasure to work with from the day we first toured to renewing our lease to preparing to transfer to a different Metrostar complex (for work reasons).
