Still happy with my decision to move here. Quinteya has been wonderful as an apartment manager made sure I had everything I needed ready for move in and just friendly helpful throughout my time living here. Paris is super responsive to email when things need fixed in the unit and both of them are just so friendly and kind. I'll miss living here and I'm only moving because I'm leaving town.

We've lived in the 301 George St building for about a year and a half and it has been a great experience! The units are well appointed, the management very responsive, and the neighbors are problem-free. There are always hits and misses with apartment living, but Metrostar really does seem to care. Dave who manages the leasing side has been a pleasure to work with from the day we first toured to renewing our lease to preparing to transfer to a different Metrostar complex (for work reasons). I would not recommend living or working here. I was a maintenance employee for them for 2 years. To start the apartments are average at best for the price you pay. Cars are constantly being broken into and nothing done about it (no security). The elevators are constantly going down, the dumpsters are small so the trash piles up around the dumpster areas. Just moved in last week and very unimpressed considering the price. The staff (Colleen) is amazing! The noise though, is the ABSOLUTELY WORSE. It’s so noisy. I even moved from one building to another hoping that would rectify the issue but it did not. I feel like I live right outside on the sidewalk because I can hear every conversation, every motorcycle, every bit of noise that happens on the street and the music from Bar!
