Metro on Central, I enjoy living here, with Ben and Tess as managers, everything is good for a satisfying life, they are a lovely couple and great managers. In my unit, I share kitchen and bathroom with a family of three, I have my own 40sqm room, fully furnished with even a large TV, and a big window and door to terrace, other people here are generally students and working people and respect eachother's rights and privacy. I lived here for 8 months. The management team is super friendly, helpful and always quick to respond. I was able to extend my lease really easily and quickly. The location is perfect (only down side is, it's not next to a tram stop) but if you've got a car, no problems. All the utilities and bills (internet, water etc) are included in the rent, which is great not having to pay additional costs. Overall, it's a great hassle-free renting experience 5/5

Lived here for 2 semesters and absolutely loved it. Management was very kind and helpful and service providers would go out of their way to help. I never had any issues living here that weren’t mended almost immediately. While they don’t offer a shuttle bus service, location is quite close to public transport. There’s an Aldi and a few shops immediately nearby, and a medical centre, pharmacy, post office and more shops just a 10 minute walk up Central St. Overall a super convenient and lovely place to stay and I would defini... read more
