I advise you to read the contract rules carefully because there are rules they don’t mention when they hand you the key, such as the absurd $300 for cleaning the ROOM ONLY to leave it “clean” for the next tenant, and this amount will be deducted from your bond when you leave, no negotiation. The cleaning is extremely superficial, not only the room but the rest of the house, which isn’t included in the cleaning fee, was dirty when I moved in.”

Lived here years ago, it was very traumatizing. The manager was very ruthless, she would accept absolutely anyone even non-students. There was a severe issue of violence, drugs and theft. It was terrifying. Also, these new managers are related to the previous manager and apparently have the same interests at heart. What do you expect from people who only care about wealth, nothing, I guess. Enter at your own will.
