Dr. Grande and her scribe/nurses are always wonderful. They are kind, listen to all concerns, and treat me with complete respect. She performed my hysterectomy when previous Doctors dismissed my complaints and concerns. My care after the hysterectomy was wonderful. I have never been treated so well at an OBGYN office, and I really appreciate this provider and the office.
So very pleased I choose MetroPartners OBGYN Premier. Especially Dr Kevin Hallman. So kind, professional, and makes me feel very comfortable at my procedures. Will continue to go to him. Dianne Servaty
Kathryn Grande was an amazing provider who has great insight about her patients medical needs and was extremely attentive and considerate throughout the process of my exams
This was the worst experience of my life. I should not have been left crying and completely devastated while trying to receive IUI treatment, which is already an incredibly stressful and emotional process. The way I was treated was unacceptable and added unnecessary stress during a time when patients need compassion, support, and professionalism. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this clinic. As others have also stated, there are billing and code errors with my insurance at this facility. They charged me for an out of network appointment when my insurance covers them. They then bombarded me with texts and emails in order to get paid. My insurance fixed the issue, and I have been waiting for a month for my refund from this clinic. I have called several times regarding this, and have been very disappointed with the experience.
