I just walked out of this clinic without even being seen by the doctor. I have been here for two hours, 60 minutes of which I had been sitting and waiting with no bottom half clothes on. I know things get busy, but at no point did anyone say “I’m sorry, we are running quite late right now”. I can’t go two hours past an appt time with no warning, they should understand that a lot of us have kids or have other things going on. Never coming back.
I was planning to make an appointment, but the woman in scheduling told me I couldn’t do so unless I paid upfront. She then contradicted herself, saying she’d have to speak with billing. I’ve never heard of a clinic requiring payment before even walking through the door. I’ve been a patient here for years, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. , I was with my daughter on this visit to help with her two children for her appointment Amy Antonich, CNP was who she was seen by , she was not children friendly at all did not acknowledge them as my grandson drew a picture and asked her to look at She never asked whom I was . Most ask whom is with you on your visit it was I , and she asked if the Children had the same FATHER !!! Which they are BUT what is the reason for that Question?
