I actually see Dr. Grande at the Maplewood clinic. I am in excellent hands and she has my trust 100%. She thoroughly explains information to me, she has great people skills, and she takes the time to ask if I have any questions. I am so happy to have her caring for my health!
Dr Grande is always always listening, she's very thorough, I don't know, but I think she cares. Now, the administrative/scheduling side of things, it's a whole different story. They have a unique way of making you feel like you're in a production line - oooh especially when they regurgitate what you just said and they are typing/keying it-in at the same time.
