I never saw my provider... I ended up leaving the waiting room due to the long wait. I arrived on time, and was NOT told the doctor was running late. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes, and finally went to the desk to inquire. She casually said the doctor was running late. (Like, no big deal.) I asked how much longer and she said, "maybe 15 -20 minutes?" Plus the additional time waiting in the exam room...
