Wait times are outrageous. I’m not sure if it’s just Fridays or what but I consistently wait an hour from my appointment time to see the doctor. Today for example 11:30AM appointment time I am still waiting to be seen at 12:15PM.

Great experience working with Dr. Katherine Shepherd for physical therapy for bladder leakage. I was so comfortable with her and able to talk openly about my health and history. Back and forth conversation was just so easy. She really is a delight!

In 2022 I seen Dr. Kathryn Grande for my first pregnancy. She seemed uncaring and Looking back I feel my blood pressure issue wasn’t treated appropriately which later led to me having to be admitted at 34 weeks. As a black women navigating health care with the disparity’s with maternal mortality rate being high amongst black women specifically is already stressful. I went through fertility treatments with Metro OGYN for many yrs., then when finally sent to specialist, I was told perils of geriatric pregnancy... Now broken hearted without children....their office was always overbooked and very busy
