Dr’s have to many patients, you show up a head of time and have you waiting for over 3 hours! What’s the point of having a scheduled time if they see you 3+ hours later! Everyone else walks in after you and they all get seen before you do! Don’t get me started on the receptionist, the way she answers and talks to the people on the other end, no bueno! They need someone with better customer service!
Dr. Sotolongo was my moms OB 32 years ago, my sisters OB 21 and 18 years ago and he delivered my son 11 years ago. I will never go to anyone other than him. I will drive an hour to get my yearly exams and gladly wait however long in the waiting room. Here’s to hoping he never retires 😆
The wait is long but dr ortiz is worth it. She not only kept my last pregnancy full term when I'm high risk but I been having problems and even with the test coming out iffy chose to to check and found the reason for my pain. Never doubting I was hurting for a second. It maybe long wait but I always feel listened too. When others say meh and push it off she chose to listen as did her nurse. Well worth the weight in my opinion.
Handled my concerns professionally and kept me informed throughout the procedure. Thank you for keeping cost in mind when we discuss options as well.
