Went for a visit with my wife Idk what’s longer the wait in the waiting room or the wait in the room. We have literally came on time for appointment and in the past waited 2 nearly 3 hours some times when we had a APPOINTMENT! . No soap in the bathroom, not even a changing station and you would think a Ob/gyn would have one?. Had to change our daughter on the floor in a bathroom with no soap. I got here early and been waiting for 2 hours and still no doctor to come in to see me! Also wasn't informed that my original doctor was out sick
Their system is always down it's hard to hear from them for any lab results, the doctor tells you two weeks most and the front desk ladies say till your next visit they'll have them most likely. Usually hard to have someone anwer and then for them to say system is down is a waiste of time. My wife wants to seek help else where.
