The Govt needs to do better. In my experience you are better to visit a GP, as you can experience significant wait times for appointments and even worse for an actual treatment should you have anything.
7 minutes late to the appointment due to how hard it is to find parking around the location and turned around! Told their next available would be a week. This was a booking made months in advance and I had taken the day off… Ridiculously rude admin staff. She visibly felt pleasure telling me they wouldn’t see me!
I have been visiting this clinic since last year, but today, for the first time, I experienced how condescending and rude the staff/nurse who gave me a call. It seems others have had similar experiences as well. To be fair, other nurses and practitioners I’ve interacted with BEFORE have been very caring and supportive. IV always been to this clinic and never have been turned away, untill now how disgusting QLD has come to help there own citizens I couldn't get into any doctors as they not accepting new patients and turned away from sexual health clinics what's wrong with this world.
