Tried to get scheduling and pricing info via the Live Chat feature on Metro's website. Was told someone would call. A few days later I went back to Live Chat to ask why no one had reached out and was assured someone would. It's now been a week. Tried to call for service questions, the front desk person picked up almost immediately, but then transferred me off to speak to an ‘advisor’. She’d actually transferred me to the Parts department, which is only found out after an HOUR AND A HALF on hold. The person in P says who picked up immediately transferred me again to Service, where I remained on hold for another HOUR. I’m sure it would have been longer but I hung up once they CLOSED. I bought my 2014 Pathfinder from a friend a couple years ago by cash. Any routine services and work that needs to be done on the car, I just bring the car to any auto body shop that charges me cheap (because plenty of car shops overcharge women).
