The absolute best service experience EVER!! If you believe any of the bad reviews here you are playing yourself, no cap. I have this store another chance because the other 2 close 2 me are trash , won’t say no names but Richardson and mesquite know the deal. Appointment was at 11:30 and about an hour later I got my recommendations to my phone WITH A VIDEO. Couldn’t do anything today but I got my car about an hour later. Awful service, nobody answers the phone, have to bug sales to get somebody from service to pickup the phone. Service advisors don’t keep track of completed repairs, will tell you the car is ready to be picked up, and then will tell you they never said it’s ready.
I took my car up here because i was having starting issues they had my car from tuesday to friday saying they didn’t see ANYTHING wrong. I went to pick it up and everyone acted like they’ve never seen me before i had to remind them of my car, what they did to it, they couldn’t find my key. They kept bringing up money and saying the hypothetical services were expensive which was very offensive to me and also Being new to the area i had to uber around 4 days for them to not find anything. Brought my Nissan Rogue in for a routine oil change and noticed oil leaking underneath shortly after. Upon inspecting it, I found the oil drain plug had not been properly tightened during service. I expected higher attention to detail from a dealer service center.
Mike, the shop foreman and only LEAF certified mechanic at Metro Nissan Dallas, is a wonderful person to deal with. He knows a great deal about the LEAF. He LISTENS to what I tell him and replies with answers based on what he knows to be true. When he does not know the answer, he will go research the question and actually telephone me back as he promised with the answer. He willingly shares his knowledge of the LEAF. I appreciate Mike. I wish the dealership had more like him.
