My experience with the front office staff was less than impressive. They project an underlying attitude and impatience in dealing with you on the phone. I am not sure if that is because their primary patient demographic comprises the senior market and they require more assistance but I will not be utilizing them for follow up for my elderly parent. While that is not a reflection of Dr Hillyer's competency, his staff is his front facing customer experience team.
