Took my Subaru Outback to Metro Motors for an Oil Charge, Smog Test and Virginia Inspection. They are three blocks from my house and I drive by their business daily. My partner's car passenger tire got slashed with something on the road and caught a flat. I looked up the nearest shop, and had her go to this Metro Motor location. I can't remember one of the employees name but it started with an M. He assisted my partner right away but was unable to change the tire since the car was missing the spare. EDIT: They are back to 5 stars from me after some discussion with the manager there and amends were made. He called me to apologize and we talked it over. Today I took my car there to do my safety inspection and they covered the charge and washed my car (which it desperately needed) as a sign of good faith.
