I stopped by to have my AC checked, but due to the age and make of my car, it quickly became clear that the cost of repairs would exceed the value of the vehicle. When I mentioned this, Omar, the manager agreed and actually discouraged me from moving forward—a level of honesty and integrity that’s far too rare these days. Courteous, prompt, and high quality service!
I love taking my car here. They give me good advice about which tires etc hit the right price point and serve my needs best. They communicate effectively via phone and text. My receipts are clean and clear. I've never had a problem or deficiency with any work they've performed. Highly recommend.
Just before a long trip, I thought I would check the oil, as usual. When I grabbed the dipstick and pulled up, the ring separated, leaving the remainder in the engine. It was only because of the expert and timely help from Omar and the staff at Metro Motors that a replacement dipstick was found and the remaking portion in the engine quickly removed. My thanks to Metro Motors for resolving my dilemma and allowing me to begin my trip with a functioning dipstick. They are the best.
Great service as always! Easy to schedule, easy to get to, and flexible pickup. Omar is always very communicative on updates to the maintenance work. We’ve used this Metro Motors location for years and I’ve never gone elsewhere because they can do it all. Thanks!
