Went here the other day to get a safety inspection and an emissions test. I feel they tried to scam me into spending more money. The safety test went well but then they stated that my truckwasn’t readable on their reader machine and that my vehicle struggled to start (all of a sudden)… they then tried to get me to spend $179 for them to “see what the issue was”… I immediately felt like something wasn’t right. Took my car here for an inspection. It was quick, pleasant waiting area, and friendly faces. Metro Motors is my new go-to!
Went to another local shop and was quoted $129 + $60 for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. This was way more than the dealer and just about everyone else. Yet the other shop has an almost 5 star Google review. The car is a small four cylinder Mazda 3 not a BMW or Benz. I went on Google, saw the reviews and called Metro Motor. They could take me a little later in the day and they offered to change the oil and rotate tires for a lot less than the dealer and the other local shop. Took my Subaru Outback to Metro Motors for an Oil Charge, Smog Test and Virginia Inspection. They are three blocks from my house and I drive by their business daily.
