Just before a long trip, I thought I would check the oil, as usual. When I grabbed the dipstick and pulled up, the ring separated, leaving the remainder in the engine. It was only because of the expert and timely help from Omar and the staff at Metro Motors that a replacement dipstick was found and the remaining portion in the engine quickly removed. My thanks to Metro Motors for resolving my dilemma and allowing me to begin my trip with a functioning dipstick. They are the best.

Service like this doesn't come along often. I have been using Metro Motors for the past year for routine oil changes, but more recently, I have started using their services when my work van needs repairs. Not only is their service center impeccably clean, but their staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
