Honest, fair, and great customer service.
When I thought I had a flat, I pulled into the parking area by Metro Motor. I was walking around my car looking for the flat and Jose asked if I was having any trouble. Not seeing a flat, I said yes - he took a look, had me back up slowly, and found a bolt that had punctured my tire. He had his team quickly fix it and refused payment. He also kindly reminded me that my inspection was coming up and suggested some things to do beforehand.
