I don’t usually write reviews but these guys were awesome. My car failed inspection at a different shop. Everything was seamless and super easy @Metro Motor. I booked an appt with Metro Motor online and described my issue, dropped it off the next day and chatted with Nick, who was great and very helpful. They texted me a detailed breakdown of the quote, which was very competitive with other quotes I had received, and I was able to easily approve the work for my car right on my phone. I had an awesome experience with Nick. He was the best. I will refer all of my friends and family to Nick.
I cannot stress enough how fantastic Nick and the crew are! My car needed a bunch of work done to pass inspection as well as remain drivable. They were able to get everything done and even discounted the labor costs on an item that hadn't originally been part of the plan. Highly recommend 100%!!
