I cannot stress enough how fantastic Nick and the crew are! My car needed a bunch of work done to pass inspection as well as remain drivable. They were able to get everything done and even discounted the labor costs on an item that hadn't originally been part of the plan. Highly recommend 100%!!

I used to go here when it was the Westover Service Station, and tried the new Metro Motor station last week. I went in for the annual safety and emissions inspections. They found some additional stuff that needed fixing / replacing, and sent by text a very clear work proposal with videos / pictures, prices for parts and labor, and giving me the option to quickly and easily authorize the service.
