Top notch service all around. This has been my third visit with Metro Motors and each time I was impressed by their super customer service and ability to diagnose and repair my Toyota. But most impressive was how they explained exactly what was wrong with my vehicle including pictures and details. The service manager Nick is terrific. After a fill up at this MetroMotor last week with my 21-year old BMW, it wouldn't start and was quickly diagnosed as a failed starter motor. Rather than a tow to an independent BMW shop in South Arlington, I took a chance leaving it at this unknown-to-me service facility. I could not be more pleased with the result. Nick Andrew's, the Service Manager, kept me informed of the time line for completion of the work, suggesting replacing the 230,000 mile old PCV valve while the intake manifold was off. I brought our van in for major maintenance and was very impressed with the whole process, from inspection to completion. Communication from the shop manager was timely and clear and pricing was very fair. I’ll definitely be back (but hopefully not too soon)!
Fantastic experience here. I came in for an oil change and general tune-up (dropped in, no appointment), but my car had a number of bigger things wrong. Not unexpected, as it's old. Nick sent over a quote with detailed pictures and explanation for each problem, and then over the phone walked me through each change and let me know what he recommended. Really appreciate the communication and transparency. Everything was done in a timely manner, too, and I got regular text updates about timing.
The shop was honest, and did a great job with my vehicles repairs
