I used to go here when it was the Westover Service Station, and tried the new Metro Motor station last week. I went in for the annual safety and emissions inspections. They found some additional stuff that needed fixing / replacing, and sent by text a very clear work proposal with videos / pictures, prices for parts and labor, and giving me the option to quickly and easily authorize the service. Engine started breaking down nearby due to fuel injector issue and I was able to roll it into this Metro Motor. Mechanic/service manager Nick was personable, easy to work with, and gave a fair quote. Engine sounds like it’s running cleaner now today than it was for the 5-10k miles before the incident. Thanks Nick!
My first experience with Metro Motor was wonderful. It is so nice to find a place where everyone is so kind, knowledgeable and on the ball. I found I had two bad tires on the front of my car so I spoke with manager Nick about getting four new tires and he assured me it could be done quickly and at a fair price and it was! I will definitely be taking my car back to Metro Motor in the future.
Excellent and timely service they pointed out a dead light bulb but did not try to upsell
Gas prices are usually very good. Service station is ok. I definitely felt like they were trying to sell me on things I didn't need. Services that had been completed elsewhere a month prior. Over priced for services as well. Customer service just ok. Wouldn't go back for service department but will continue for gas.
