So hard to get an appointment, even if you have a family doctor. Doesnt make sense to ask people to go book online, when theres zero availabilities.
Rude staff, incredibly long hours wait despite appointment, long wait time on phone to get an appointment. Oh yeah, they never have any availability through Bonjour Santé unless you pay..... What a disgraced.

Bring your mask!!! bcoz they don't care even if you go with kids they will still not give you I went there with my toddler in most coldest weather and they said to buy mask because they are not providing so they didn't care that my baby is sick has fever sent me outside to buy a mask?! A Hospital who doesn't have mask like really... where the word is going....??! Then i went downstairs in Proxim they charged me 1$ for a one time wear mask
