Aucun problème avec les médecins, la réception malheureusement est terrible, manque de compréhension total j'ai l'impression de parler a un robot qui cherche n'importe quel mot clé pour essayer de me donner un rendez-vous. Aucune tentative de résolution de problème.
Zero stars for RECEPTIONIST. My first time here. I had a question about the correct floor because is not clear if is on the 2nd or 3rd level. (Cosidering that I'm a new citizen and my first time using canada health system) She even didn't take 1 second to listen and sent me to take seat and wait. She was so rude. Worst service than in my 3rd world country. By the other hand, the doctor was so kind, nice and professional.

Zero communication between doctor and patient also tribble phone answering by secretaries
I should have trusted the comments. I went there, and the doctor didn’t give me the needed documents. ( because he forgot it ) Now I have to book an appointment and go back there. Update* The receptions (I have talked to two of them) are rude this time for no reason.
