This facility is the best I have had a storage here for a long time the people that work here are very nice and professional I go to my unit day or nite and feel very safe and the facility is top notch very clean the area is safe best in town.Cant say enough about the staff John is who I have talked with and he is fantastic would recommend this facility and definitely use them again.

Excellent facility and excellent customer service! I’ve been a customer since 2022 and will be moving out of state next week. John Barron and his team in Chelsea have been terrific — always helpful and always friendly. The facility is clean, with easy access to the storage units. I highly recommend Metro Mini Storage North!
We’ve been using this Metro storage location for the last two years and couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. John and Tim have great customer service and have been incredibly responsive whenever we have needed anything. Would highly recommend!
