I rented two units here and had a great experience from start to finish. Even through a change in ownership, the service stayed consistent and personal. John, in particular, went above and beyond from checking that everything was secure to offering helpful storage tips that kept me organized. The level of care really stood out. Went in this morning to sign for my unit that I reserved online. Greg was super helpful and friendly. Took me out and showed me my unit which was clean and almost looked brand new even thou I know the company has been there for year. Very affordable and I am glad they are here in Chelsea.
