I had 2 climate controlled storage units and never had an issue. Easy access and management was always super helpful and responsive.
Originally I had reservation at Enterprise Truck which I made over a month ago. The day before I was supposed to pick up xl cargo van Rep advised truck still in shop and the company doesn’t have many xl cargo vans. Rep was more focused on telling me what he couldn’t do, and making excuses vs offering upgrade, alternative solution or call a competitor until I asked.
