My regular doctor was not available. And I booked in to see Dr Loona instead, what a wonderful experience she is so caring and lovely and really good at explaining everything. Booked my iron infusion with Dr Loona and Nurse Anu. Nurse Anu is also so caring and lovely, very good at explaining everything as well. Great experience with them both so humble and very professional people. Thank you both 🙏🏽
Recommend Dr Rose Ruiz, Nurse Anu and Natalie who are amazing, kind, dedicated and caring women who take good care of you. Very thorough, skilled, professional and patient. No complaints or issues over the many years that my entire family has been visiting. Helpful and friendly reception+admin team.
I've been a patient at this practice for over a decade. I mainly see Dr Bhalla and he is a wonderful GP. Every other doctor I've seen at this practice has been professional and fairly caring during the short visits I've had with them. I've found the reception staff to have always been pleasant and helpful. Thanks, Metro Medical team for all you do. I sincerely appreciate it!
Cannot fault Dr Ruiz with my medical care, she listens and advises great advice. However, i think the new receptionist are not up to scratch. They look at you with a blank stare when talking to them. They are not providing the correct information regarding procedures. The best receptionists in my eyes are Natalie and Molly, they care.
Dr Rose Ruiz is a fantastic doctor. From my first visit she was engaged and very helpful, knowledgeable and caring. If you want to visit a doctor who truly cares and wants the best possible outcome for you, do yourself a favour and book an appointment with Dr Rose Ruiz at the Metro Medical Centre
