I booked my iron infusion with Dr Loona and Nurse Anu first time It was wonderful experience with both of them . Doctor Loona and Nurse Anu both are so caring and lovely. I can’t thank Dr Bhalla enough. Before seeing him, I had been to three other doctors at other practices and was sent home each time being told nothing was wrong. I knew something wasn’t right, but no one was listening. Dr Bhalla was different. He listened, took me seriously, sent me for the right tests, followed up, and made sure I got the care I needed. I have been going to metro medical centre for seven years. My doctor is incredible. I am always listened to and heard. She has always advocated for me and insured that everything is done to get to the bottom of whatever issue I have had. My husband also goes to this practice now as well as friends, because it seems to be really hard to find good doctor's. We all love our doctors at Metro. I can't recommend them enough.
My regular doctor was not available. And I booked in to see Dr Loona instead, what a wonderful experience she is so caring and lovely and really good at explaining everything. Booked my iron infusion with Dr Loona and Nurse Anu. Nurse Anu is also so caring and lovely, very good at explaining everything as well. All the Drs. Are Genuinely experienced, nice, calm and caring, specially Dr. Ajay Bhalla, He listen ur problems with proper intentions and carefully and explain things clearly and not put you in any doubtful situation. they treat you like their own family members. I strongly recommended to visit there.
