I felt like the moment a patient steps into the doctor's room, the clock starts ticking, and the centre charges based on time alone. I took appointment for short consultation but was billed for a long one. When I asked the receptionist about the charges, she said I was "Just a little over" the short consultation window. The female doctor didn't even check my blood pressure. I was not even there for 10minutes. This is my first time visiting this medical centre, hoping to get a good Doctor. But disappointed. This clinic was decent a long time ago. Now it is just a money grab. My consultation lasted less than 5 minutes, the doctor did not listen to my problems and then prescribed me more of the medication that I told him did not work for me. Waste of time and money.
Dr. Rose Ruiz is a great doctor. She is kind, caring, and listens carefully. She explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. I felt safe and comfortable during my visit. She really cares about her patients and takes the time to help. I am happy I found her and I highly recommend her to others.
Saw Dr Chowdhury Kashem twice for the 1 script and he completely messed me around and charged me for it. Wasn't even a heavy drug, just my normal medication I've been on for years. Wouldn't give me a repeat script even though I was going to run out. Went back a second time, gave me a months worth and told me to come back, and billed me for the inconvenience.... Dr samiya nusrat is the best!! My son and I was treated with so much love, care and respect. I wished she worked more days here at this practice, we loved our experience with her. Dr kashem & Dr Elliott are amazing aswell, also all other staff. I love coming to this centre for our medical attention. Highly recommend!!
