We had 2 very different experiences with this company. The first being in July of 2023, it was a big job (so big pay cheque for them) and they were great. We were impressed with them at the time so when we needed a smaller job done a couple months later we got in touch with them again. And wow, what a difference in service or lack there of. No communication with us, avoiding us, made us feel like lesser than because they have other bigger fish to fry.
