My experience with Metro Mattress continues to be abismal. Once my credit card had cleared, so had customer service. It then took over 5 months for my day bed to fianlly arrive (I was promised 6-8 weeks max). I called repeatedly to inquire. My calls were never returned. When I did get a hold of someone, I was told the supplier had screwed up and that the manager was not available ...he'll call you tommorrow...no call.
